I'm currently a junior living in NY...
I came from Korea 5 yrs ago....
I just got back from visiting Williams College today.. It was REALLY nice... it was like one of those vacation places.......... I want to know if i can get in..... so here are my stats....
GPA is 95 (7 honors, 8 or 9 APs by senior yr).... SATs (780M, 570V) verbal sucks..english is my second language.... but i will retake it in october....
SAT II -- Math 2C 790, taking Chem and writing in June....aiming for high 700s and 700....

ECs - Juilliard Pre-College for 4 years (for cello) ...did a lot of music activities..
Varsity Volleyball for 2 years...
Tri-M club President
also in 3 other clubs..
volunteer work for disabled children and adults..
um.. i can't remember others now... these are basically my stats....
also my sister will be attending Williams this fall... would this help me to get in????
I'm considering to do ED for Williams or Johns Hopkins or Columbla....

I think you have a good chance, esp. considering your sister goes. But... thinking about ED between 3 schools isn't a good idea. If you have to debate between schools to do ED for, then ED might not be for you. I think you have a perfectly good shot at any of those 3 on RD though, as long as you can write a really solid and personal essay, and bring the verbal score up a tad. Good luck!

Your sister attending will not help you, unfortunately. However, I'd strongly recommend sending in a tape of yourself playing the cello with your application. Your EC in cello sounds Excellent and Williams is the type of school that *may* forgive bad grades with good ECs. Your shot would be significantly better ED than RD, but you probably have a chance with either.
