The lack of business related classes and activities concerns me, but I did the best with what my school offers. If you could give me any feedback on what else I can do, that'd be great. So... how do my chances look?

hey congrats on having such great stats! in my opinion, i would say you are in at both schools in nyu, but if you are really planning on becoming an exec in the fashion world, I would suggest Stern over Gallatin/ maybe even UPenn's Wharton School of Business. Gallatin is a great school and your grades certainly exceed their qualifications, but you have to remember its "indivualized study", so unless you have an interest in other things besides business (for example: psychology, journalism, languages, art) I would say that Stern would be better for you

Thanks! I'm glad to hear it. I do intend on applying to Wharton ED. But, NYU appeals to me A LOT. The reason I thought maybe Gallatin was because I'm not business as in Wall St business, and in one of the pamphlets, there was a profile of a guy who was doing entertainment biz with Tisch and Stern so I thought that was kind of like me except fashion not movies. But I am leaning more towards Stern anyways. I really appreciate your advice and encouragement!
