The only reason I applied to college is to put a decal on my car.
Just kiddin, but I do want one - to spread the Wash U love! I sent in my acceptance last week, so hopefully things are coming my way fairly soon.

oh i totally understand the car thing, I can't wait to put a sticker on mine!

slow down now. before you imagine your life being completed by the existance of one washington university in st. louis sticker, let me explain to my young and inexperienced compatriots the ways of the car decal. yes that's right, wash u sends us car decals and not stickers. what is the difference you ask? Oh my friend there most certainly is one. you see, car decals must be affixed on the interior of the car window, thus presenting the age old problem of window tinting. for those of us who drive "pimp" cars, or just so happen to enjoy the decrease in temperatures that tinted windows so bestow upon the owner, a car decal is completely ineffective. my suggestion would be to, of course, gather the hundreds of bumper sticker shaped mailings that wash u has undoubtedly sent you over the past two years and wallpaper your entire car with them. No? yeah didn't think so...ok I'll shut up now.

I feel like this is that duke situation all over again, only I was the one who didn't get a t-shirt, and then they rejected me...but we're all accepted here, and just fyi...the shirt is the size of a tent. I put it on, and I felt like peter pan. you'll get your shirt soon enough though.

I agree- I was excited to get the shirt but then I realized I would have to gain lots of weight to fit in it.

Wore mine yesterday and was quite happy to finally get all my goodies...of course it didn't fit me either, but I usually wear a large so it was fairly wearable.
