SAT IIs: Lit (600), Writing (660), MathIC (680)
GPA: 97.65 uw (i think... my transcript is all screwed up)
NY Resident
Applied to College of Arts and Sciences
Took the most difficult courses...
I'd like to think my recs and essays were good (but that's more opinion than fact)
Pretty much a lot of ecs...

Your stats look pretty good for CAS, I guess. Did you receive the recent invitations to Sunday or Weekend at the Square events? If so, that means you're in. Your SAT is about midrange for the middle 50% (1300-1450) so that's good. SAT II's are a little low but they're not required so probably won't hurt you. Good luck.

I don't think I received any invites or my dad would have told me... because he opens ALL of my college mail (kinda sucks, but what can I do?) So if I didn't get one does that mean I'm not in? I'm going to check with my dad about the invitations.

hey i have a question too!
i have a 3.5 gpa (very competitive private school)
ap's and honors since sophomore year
i have 1330 SAT scores
680-writing sat2
660-us history sat2
610-math ic sat2

for extracurricular
spirit club (4 years)
ambassadors club(4 years)
cheerleading ( 4 years-captain)
dance team (2 years, co captain, 2nd place at comp performed at probowl in hawaii) and dance team outside of school (invitiation to nationals)
softball: 2 years

ive had a job all 4 years of high school and did an internship in sales and marketing last year (cuz i want to do business )

also, up until senior year i have had a 3.5 gpa, then senior year i recieved a 3.9 first quarter (which i sent b/c i sent in my app in november) and my semester report card (which i got a 3.8).
and i had mono

Dianars, it's hard to tell. You might get into GSP OR CAS. You're a difficult case for us because more ppl on CC have higher stats than not, so we haven't heard of enough people with your stats who got into NYU. Your Math IC is really low, tho! Your chances probably aren't too great for regular admission.

well i wud have done ED to NYU, but i did it to Washington University in ST. Louis, and actually got deferred and then rejected...so im kinda bumeed i missed out on the chance

but plz be honest lol its the best thing i need
