I sent my applications to umich on jan 31 2004 for fall 2004 classes. It so happens they have nt recieved 2 of my essays and my transcripts allofwhich i have uploaded on to their application online. What do i do. How late am i going to get my admissions decision even if if i send now. Do you think it will affect my chances sending my transcripts and essays this late?

Since it's a rolling process, they may have already made all their decisions... but try anyways because you never know when it's over. However, if they've already started reviewing your materials, i think they'll just consider you as a pending applicant instead of a really late one.

How did you send your transcripts online? Doesn't your counselor have to formally process and send it for you?

in their online applications you can manage your documents. In that you can send certified transcripts. About the extracurriculars do you have to show proof that you have done them(awards etc). Also i applied on 31 jan but these docs were missing so probably i'm pending. i haven't sent my apps now. Thanks man! Go Blue!!

Rohit -the same thing happened to my D. Have your GC call the admissions office right away. They allowed my D's GC to FAX in the essays that, for whatever reason, didn't make it in. Good luck!
