I just received my acceptance today. If I got into the Honors College, should I also have gotten a letter for that along with my acceptance letter. Does this mean that I wasn't accepted into Honors??
I can practically go to Rice University for free (I'll also probably get some good offers from other universities), so if I don't get into the Honors College, there is really no reason for me to consider UMich.
Is there any way for me to reapply for the Honors College. I remember that someone told me that if your credentials are good enough, you should be able to argue your way into it.

A couple of friends of mine got into the honors college and their invitation to it came I think a little bit after the acceptance to the university. I think you need to have a 1400 or above or a 32 for the honors college and if you have that you are automatically in. If you are lower, you can call and talk to them and you should be able to make it.
In addition, if you applied to engin like me, there is no honors college.
