when you were submitting your application, was there a separate question that asked you if you wanted to be considered for the honors program? or do the adcoms just see the stats and decide by themselves?
and how did you find out that you got in? was it mentioned in your acceptance letter?
and one more thing, what are your stats?
i got accepted today and i really wanted to get into the honors program, but my acceptance letter didnt say anything about it. should i call them and ask them to consider me as a honors program applicant?

The Honors Program and admissions office see your stats and then decide whether you are in the Honors Program. I got a letter inviting me to Honors that followed a few days after my acceptance letter. It says that the top 10% of the freshman closs is invited.
My Stats:
SAT's: 1430
GPA: 3.93 (Unweighted)
Took a lot of Honors and AP classes
By the way, I am not going
