u2rules...it's by invitation. I'm not exactly sure what the requirements are to qualify, but I did get the invitation.

Indian-born American citizen, live in suburban New Orleans

SAT I 1400, ACT 31, SAT II Writ 790, Math IC 730, Chem 670

top 10% of senior class of 63 students, abt 4.1 weighted GPA, plenty of heavy involvement in ECs.
