Which business school is better? If you were accepted to both, which one would you attend and why? I understand WUSTL in a better school overall than NYU, but which business program is better, or more "prestigious" for undergrad?

I would go to Stern. More internship possibilities, more contact possibilities. The question is would you rather be on a campus or in a city?

Stern is probably a better and more prestigious business school. that said personally i would go to WashU myself, and i also applied to both these schools.

Overall Undergrad experience:
Wash U > NYU

Business School:
NYU > Wash U

This is just because Stern has more name recognition. Keep in mind though that Olin is quickly rising through the ranks,

Wash U overall though is a lot better.

How do you already know that you have been accepted to both, as both schools have ED policies, and regular notification stuff has not come out?
