Yes, but if you are applying to go into dance or music, your academic stats won't be as important. Also, 4.0 is the highest on the commonly used unweighted scale :/ but from the looks of it, you have a very good chance.

It's not true that academic stats aren't as important if people are applying for the arts. The admissions process is two-fold for those applicants: 50% academic review and 50% artistic review. Your academics have to meet NYU standards and your audition has to be very good.
It looks to me like you'd have a good chance, Rkskek, at any of the colleges which don't require an audition or a portfolio. With those, it will depend on the artistic review, too.
