Hey people, I applied to Umich, like submitted my stuff a little more than a week ago, and I got that received email from UM, but how do I know that they have my recommendation which was sent via post? (ss report they should have since it was submitted online to right) Other than that, is there anything else I have to do, since my stuff and the counsellors stuff was online and the rec was via mail, should I contact the admissions office to see if they have everything?
Thanks

If you were to be missing something it would of not said it is being processed, it would tell you the parts you are missing.......

I got the same letter earlier and on the bottom, it says
"If you have not already doneso, transcripts
must
be sent directly from the educational institution you have attended.
Likewise, test scores must be sent to us directly from the testing
agency.The ACT (https://www.act.org/aap/scores/online2.html) code for U-M Ann
Arbor is 2062 and the SAT(https://www.act.org/aap/scores/online2.html code for U-M Ann Arbor is 1839"
so it doesnt necessarily mean that they have recieved everything. And on the U mich web site they say that u cannot find out online that they have recieved everything. Its your duty to take care of that
And if you r really really concerned, then call them up and ask them about it. I did that but i had a good enough reason to call ( had to change schools so different transcripts had to be sent)
