how much harder is it to get into the engineering school than it is to get into LSA

from here (http://www.engin.umich.edu/about/studentprofile.html)
the median gpa is 3.9 and the avg SAT is 1340, my GPA is a bit lower(3.8 rounded) but my SAT is higher, like 1360-1370(hopefully) and I am a legacy. I'm out of state though.

I've seen people post the links to the admittance formula for michigan(http://www.michiganreview.com/admissions2.php), but that is only for LSA, NOT engineering.

Do I have a shot?

Yes, you have a good shot. Have you applied yet? If not, i think that may hurt your chances as spaces fill up quickly in both schools.
