I'm an asian immigrant.I have a green card. I applied to Engineering. On Nov 6. I received an e mail from U ofM that my app is completed..
They sent me a Resident Classification Application. I haven't filled it out yet.

I'm qulified under MI residency classifications.

I wrote in-state on my app..Am i being considered as in state or out state?

I wonder if this would affect my admission since in-states get more points?

I'm going to submit the resident app tomorrow.

What are my chances?
