(I sure do have a lot of questions :P) OK I'm guessing other areas do this too, but my county has the idea to put the best magnet programs in the county in the worst performing schools in the county to even out the failing grades the regular students get. So my school is technically very competetive but failing at the same time. How can I get MIT to realize the fact that there is a huge difference in rankings between the magnet school and the regular school? (over 25 people in the magnet have higher gpas than the valedictorian of the regular school). My counselor suggested sticking in a brochure of the program but is that enough? Thanks
