i'm in 11th grade now-i have a 3.8 gpa, all honors classes, im editor in chief of the french magazine, and im in choir. i've also written for my school's literary, music, and computer magazines. im also taking ap chem and french 3(my school only lets us take 2 electives in junior year). i just took the psat on tuesday and i havent taken the sat yet, but i think i'm going to get 1200-1300 on the sat, since i've taken princeton review and have taken many practice tests. i have also taken the writing sat 2 and got a 690. i'm also a legacy at nyu-so do i have a chance of getting into nyu?

Being a legacy would help with the admissions but your extracurriculars aren't too great. Try holding more positions in these clubs you're involved in.
