I am an adult.. The school has a pretty good reputation in Engineering and sciences,Its background is as a 'mining school' so, Mining,Geology are strong, but the other Engineering are very solid.
The school is located in Socorro NM. Accessible to ALbuQ, but kind of remote. My understanding is that activities tend to be outdoor oriented... hiking, skiing, driving up a canyon to hang out... this would be something you would want to evaluate..
