My GPA starting from freshman to junior year has been 3.5, 3.6, and 4.0. My overall GPA is only 3.7 even with the 4.0 factored in. During my sophmore year, I transfered to a competitive public highschool, while taking up some honor classes at the new school (with the honors, weighted GPA is about 3.75). Just how much would admissions officers take notice to my 4.0 GPA i received junior year and the fact my freshmen year GPA is bringing my overall GPA down?
