As it stands, your list is a little top-heavy with your SAT's at 1320 and class rank at 15%. Pulling up your SAT's to the 1400's - and getting the best possible grades senior year will make Emory, Boston U and maybe Tulane fall more into the match category. You should be fine at Penn State, U Delaware, and U of Miami - they are all fine schools, so having multiple reaches is fine. What major - or majors were you thinking of pursuing?
