Hi,

I was wondering if you all could give me my chances at certain schools.

My Stats:

GPA is about 3.7 unweighted
My SAT score when I take the November test should be around a 1330. Not great, I know.

SAT II:
Biology/E - 720
Math IC - 650 (yea i know)
Writing - 700

EC's:
Student Mentor Program. 10 (Mentored middle school students)
Editor of the school paper. 11
Student Council Student Rep. 10,11,12
Tufts Health-Science Honors Program. 11
School IT Volunteer. 11,12
Volunteer at local hospital for 10 hours a week for 6 months

Job:
I started and I now run a web hosting company, it's my one year anniversary this month.

Classes:
My school doesnt offer many honors courses and no AP courses. Should I mention that on my app? I am taking a special honors Physiology course this school year (my senior year). Other than that I have the basic Maths, English, Histories, Sciences and the Humanities elective.

I am considering the following schools, and I'm open to suggestions

Safeties:
The Umasses
Northeastern

Matches:
Boston University
Brandeis (?)

Reaches:
Tufts (If I was more qualified, this would be my first choice. I enjoyed my class and time there during the summer)
Amherst

Any advice is appreciated! Also, would someone with my stats be better applying RD or ED to one of my top choice reaches? Which would give me a better chance?

Actually, I once read that the colleges will take into consideration that your school offers less AP courses than an elite school. As long as you are taking the most challenging curriculum, the colleges really can't blame you.
