Looks like you have a good list of schools. I would add Duke, Johns Hopkins and Penn to your list of schools. Otherwise, you have a great list.

I agree w/ all except UCB, I would bump that up to a Slight Reach.
I've known people who've gotten in on less, I know, but just to be on the safe side.

Is Berkeley harder to get into than Columbia and Washington U?

columbia is in a class of its own when it comes to admissions percentages... one of the lowest last year. as for wash u and berkeley, hard to compare, diff applicant pool and diff size = diff acceptance possibility. but your stats are awesome, i'd recommend u apply to all the schools youre interested in bcuz you have a shot at all of them, even the reaches.
