I'm sure you're set- your GPA and class rank are great, your standardized score tests are amazing, and you have decent ec's.
The thing is, MIT is looking for ambitious leaders. I'm not sure if just being the math team captain and the founder of the Art Club would do it. Applying EA is really smart if you do want to go there. You have as much of a chance as anyone else though- you are extremely strong academically.

Thank you for the input. Anymore suggestions? One more thing, I've only been in America for 5 years, but since I am Chinese, I don't know if that helps me at all.
