I used to live in upstate New York, Syracuse actually, and I'd say that you might get into SU. Not taking any calculus at all might hurt you, did you atleast make it through Pre-calc? Boston College is definetely a reach for you, George Washington is a match, and I wouldn't waste my money at Georgetown if your only reason is "dunno i like bull dogs"

Anyways, You are instate so I'd say yes at the lower UC's, but it'll be hard for UC berkely and the good ones.
