I am currently a freshman at a public school in Virginia. I take all of the advanced classes offered to me and am in Latin 2. I am not a legacy to UVA and I am a white male. My GPA is currently around 3.7. Considering that i plan on taking 5 years of Latin and all AP courses offered to me, what are my chances of getting in to UVA? What SAT scores are necessary for my admittance?

if you live in NoVA, it will be much more competitive. anywhere else and you're in with a 1400, and 3.7 uw GPA, without question.
