Hello. I've wanted to go to Columbia University since I was thirteen. Here are my stats:
SAT IIs Bio. 760 Writing: 800 Math:650
Extra curriculars: President of Asian Cultural Society (I am not Asian)2 years President of SADD 2 years, member of stock market club for four years,op-ed editor of outstanding school newspaper.
I have a 97.8 average weigthed taking basically all APs and 1 honors class
I do pretty well in school, but I'm not the best test taker-->1450 SATS. Is there any chance of getting into Columbia? My aunt, uncle, and two cousins went there, but no close family so I guess I'm not considered a legacy. Thanks for replying.

I think boosting that SAT 1 score will increase your chances as well as greatly improving the SAT II Math....I believe you have a good chance, but one way to strengthen your chance is with connections...it seems like some of your relatives went there, so they must know a professor or two that you can come in contact with, which can greatly improve your chances..Hope your dream comes true!
