HAS ANYONE GOTTEN ANY ACCEPTANCES FROM UCS? DID U CHECK UR STATUS FOR UCI? IF SO, PASTE THE "ADMIT STATUS" STUFF....

I can't speak about this one on a personal level, but a friend of mine has received one admission from one UC (I think he applied to most of them). UC Santa Cruz sent him an acceptance, but as far as he knows the rest come either in mid-late March or around the first week of April.

i got into uci. heres what my page looks like

Application Status: ACTIVE
Admit Status: DECISION: ADMITTED
SIR Status: NO RESPONSE
Next Step: APPLICANT RETURNS SIR
General Status: The Statement of Intent to Register (SIR) must be returned by the applicant before the deadline date in order for the application to proceed to the registration process.

got into uci and my page looks the same. as of today, i've heard of people getting notified about uci, ucr, and ucsc. (i'm not sure about ucd)here's when results come out for the rest:

UCSD: mid March
UCLA: March 14
Berkeley: March 27

btw, on the UCI site, if you get in, the first thing you'll see is a yellow image that says "congratulations..."

yeah, i know how you feel. Counting the days down till Friday (for UCLA results). 5 DAYS (as of Sunday). i wish i could just ditch and sleep all week long.

thanx booboo, best of luck to you too. I hear UCSD has a really good poly sci program, but unfortunately for us, their acceptance rate is going to be alot lower this year (because last year, the number of people enrolling increased about 50%). If you're determined enough, I don't think it matters much which uni you end up going to.

800 math II, 700chem, 660 writing
almost 60 college credits
internships for boeing and nasa, tutor college students, worked on intranet for VA, certified network tech., etc.
OUT OF STATE

i was pretty sure i wasnt gonna get in cuz im not living in CA..im still waiting for other universities. and dang UCLA = $$EXPENSIVE$$ for non residents hehe.

I'm a transfer student so I don't find out my UCB decision until MAY1. I've been recieving alot of email from them though including something from Fin Aid department asking what my top three choice schools were. Did anyone else get this?
