volunteer at public library 100+ hours
employee at public library summer between sophomore and junior year

plans for this summer- class(es) at local college, job (possibly at public library again)

Please suggest some good safety/match/reach schools(preferably in SE, NE) for me. Thanks!!!

Well, I'd say you have a good shot at many selective colleges. Not Ivies mind you with those SAT scores, but you could raise those I suppose. SAT IIs are good, ECs are okay. It really depends on what you want.
