Hi, I was wondering when applications for schools (especially ivies) are put online or are available for 2004 admissions. If anyone can answer that'd be great. Thanks!

try towards the end of the summer/early fall, but you need to find out the exact answer by putting the initiative to actually go to their websites and find out.

Just get started as early as possible. If you're applying online--which is smarter, the colleges actually are preferring this method now--then the application you're supposed to fill out won't be up for awhile. Most Ivy deadlines are just after the first of the year, like Jan 2 or 3. Just stay on top of the ball. AND make sure you don't fill out the wrong Application. Yours will be called Application for Freshman Admission 2004-2005 or something similar. Hope this helps.
