I need some recommendation from u guys regarding college. These are my stats

Male Korean international (though i lived in america for a total of 7 years, unconsecutively)

Right now i'm a junior

Rank : 13/199 (quite a jump from 50/299 i got in my freshmen year)

GPA : 3.89 unweighted (would it go for 3.9?)

SAT : 1310 (Aghhhh) (lets assume i'll get 1400 on next test)
No SAT II's yet

EC's:
Too lazy to type them but they are very geared towards music, visual art, and math (i want to major in computer graphics)
I'm in numerous academic teams etc like all of u. I'm not so popular so i don't hold any office.

I performed in Carnegie Hall this spring break. (Member of Carolina Youth Symphony, probably the best youth symphony in the south)

With these short information, what schools should I apply to?

I want to study computer graphics...
So maybe computer science or just plain visual arts will do.

BTW, i'm not a typical korean student. I'm a rebel. Does that help me at all? :D

How do they know that your a rebel? Why would a college want a rebel who will defy their rules? What do you mean by rebel? Did you go to SFS or SIS?
