Are interviews required for colleges if they offer them? If you are not good at interviews, do you still have to take them? What happens if you do not take an interview?

Generally, a school that offers an interview expects all able students to interview. It's typically not a scary experience, but if you can't handle an admissions interview you're likely not going to do very well in college and later on in life.
I'm sure it won't be as bad as you imagine - just go for it. Everyone goes in a little nervous.
