Hey,
Is it easier to transfer to UCB/UCLA from another UC school? Are the chances much higher?

I'll either be going to UCSD or UVA for my freshman year and hope to transfer to either UCLA/UCB after a year. Which one gives me a better chance, and is it by a lot?
