OK, I am trying to get into the follow UCs
UCSB
UCD
UCSD?
and for a reach: UCLA
I live in California and here are my stats

UC GPA [weighted]: 4.0 - 4.2 (its above a 4.0)
unweighted: 3.9

sophomore tough classes:
AS chemistry HP
AS English II
AS algebra II

Junior tough classes:
AP English comp
AS physics

Senior tough classes:
AP calc
AP stat
AP comp sci.

SAT: 1270 (V: 610 M: 660) - retaking, math should be at least 720.

EC:
Varsity badminton - 3 years
drama club - 3 years
Tech Crew - 4 years. backstage for school plays/ shows
International Thespian Society Member - requires at least 100 hours of drama work and you must be voted in. i think this is a big deal

I am white, and am looking to major in mathematics [I have straight A's in math, and the highest A's in my class, even though my SAT score is low] and maybe something with drama. I also am looking for a laid back school like UCSB because I like to party. Do you think I can make it into UCSB?

bring the math SAT up and volunteer some and you should be good
oh and maybe get an EC in which you have a leadership or founding position

I think you should definitely apply to UCB as well for another reach school. I'd also try to bring that math score if you're applying as a math major. 750+ is a good goal.
