Hey everyone,
I'm currently a sophomore in high school, and ever since the beginning of freshman year I've been getting ill (mono, knee problems, flu, etc). Because of this my grades have really suffered. I currently have a 3.68 GPA and I'm really worried if I can get accepted to an ivy-league college.
I'm on varsity track & tennis, and I'm on Student Council & Latin club (and hopefully I'll be on the newspaper staff junior year).
Are my chances really slim????

Hi fellow sophomore. You still have the rest of this year, and junior year, as well as senior year to prove to universities that you're a great student.
So... otherwise...
No, everyone will reject you.

I wouldn't be so worried about the Ivy League, there are plenty of awesome schools in the country, don't restrict yourself!

Ill...remember the IVY league refers to a sports league. Duke is not a member of the Ivy league and it's ranked ONLY after HYP. Get into it. Ivys are not the only good schools around.
