Yea I would say that you're in to probably all. I will never doubt anyone's chances of getting in to any school.

However, you must realize that though you have a chance, UVA and UNC CH will be considered reaches. UVA accepts more students from out-of-state than UNC does and it's ranked higher. UNC CH accepts less students from out-of-state, but I feel that experience wise, it's a better school. I may be saying this because I'm going there and it's all I ever wanted from a school.
