in or out of state?
instate: you should get in...probably to the honors program even.
outofstate: might get in....not to the honors program, but u have a shot at LSA.
this is assuming you want LSA. if you wanted to go to engineering, then its a different story....u need to tell us more...

Honors program is atleat 1400 SAT and GPA of a 3.8 or above, so I'd say while not a slam dunk, you have a very good chance of admission and to the LSA Honors program as well.
