In state, I'm guessing? I'd say you have a good chance. 1300 is the avg. score for UC Berk. And they care A LOT about gpa. Hey--why not Stanford? I don't think you're dreaming at all about the UCs. If you're in-state, from the people I've seen get into these schools, you're in for sure. My second cousin(we're East Indian, so similar ethnic background; he's a he) got into Berkeley with a 1300, 4.0ish, BAD ECs compared to you, blah, blah. Hey what is your rank? Berkeley loves summa cum laudes...

I had a 1330, about the same SAT II's, same GPA/grades, bit less EC's and got rejeceted from UCLA and UCB and got into UCD, if that helps.

hey I'm currently headed to UCLA from Florida this fall. 1330SAT, 31ACT, 740,710,640 satII and lots of extracurriculars(varsity sports, volunteer, etc). all As with a B in BCcalc, 9 APs, 3.9 unweighted, 5.7 weighted

Raise your SAT scores a bit....everything else looks great. You fall in the median range....better to be a little bit above. Get up to 1350 or 1360.... =) You should be fine then....
Good luck! And hope to see you at UCB during the next few years!

UCLA - For sure
UCB - wildcard
Work on your SAT score and if you are local forge a bond with Berkeley's inner circle. This worked for someone I know.
