I am trying to choose between those (got in at all 3) but can't decide where to go. Interested in Engineering, Sciences, Math, Political Sciences, and Economics and Business. What do you think?
-- and another question: is Pre-med in Brown (non PLME) as prestigious as other ivy pre-meds (or even close to PLME?)

I think Brown's pre-med is pretty good. Cornell had a med-school placement rate of 85%....I'd image Brown is almost as good, or maybe the same (dunno exactly). Columbia College is pretty good - Columbia college clearly separates the CC students from the SEAS students, and they never report stats for the SEAS'ers, so there's not much data available.

It's actually well known, but here is a link to Cornell's placement rate. Maybe you can hunt down the others.
