what do you think my chances are at university of michigan or emory? im trying to figure out where i want to go and those are my two most desirable schools
gpa: unweighted out of 4.0, its a 3.39
sats: 1440
a lot of extracurriculars

If that GPA is in the Top 10% and you have good EC's, you will get into Michigan, probably 50/50 at Emory

You've a good chance of making University of Michigan. As Jersey said, Emory's not so much of a sure thing. Emory is getting more selective every year. It's not a "reach" school for you, though, just at the more selective end of the "good match" column.

I'd be unsure with both of them. Make your senior grades EXCELLENT and you'll increase your chances a ton. I can't see you getting a double rejection here tho!

ha, believe me michigan is harder to get into when out of state
