What if I have a really good SAT score: 1500+ and a 90 average at a prestigious high school and like 150-200 hours of community service but ZERO EC. Does that prohibit me from good colleges? I wish I wasnt so lazy

It will definitely work against you at most schools. Every application has a page for e/c's, for a reason. Colleges want to see what kinds of activities you enjoy and have given your time to throughout your h/s years. Extracurriculars is one part of every admissions decision. You've done yourself a real disservice by not finding something you enjoy, and participating.

Maybe try not discounting your community service by just "hours". Make the best of what you've got - go into detail, passion, zeal!
