Good chance at umich. Others are a little difficult to predict. Good luck!

Being blatantly honest, your O-levels are not good enough for MIT, UPenn or Stanford, and the colleges may doubt the accuracy of your A-level forecasts based on this.
You can probably get into BU, UMich, UT Austin. I don't know anything about the other schools.

I know and I admit that I didn't study that much in O Levels but almost all my B's are like 88-89 ..
Can I have a few more comments?

Your software internship will be important if you applied to CS at CMU - that program is much competititve than the other others. I hope that you emphasized this as it implies that you can actually *do* something in a technical field.
MIT and Stanford seem to be very grade oriented, so I don't think you should pin your hopes on them. UPenn is also a reach, but not as much of one. I think you're competitive at BU, GT, UMich and Franklin and Marshall.
Best wishes to you and I hope that March progesses quickly for you!

Ummm... Ohiomom, Stanford is not all that 'grade-oriented', unlike most other top places-- they seem to be looking for other things, not just SAT scores of grades.

I stand corrected, Stanfordrulez - the Stanford academic stats are a bit intimidating - which doesn't tell the whole story by any means. Hopefully they will pay attention to 31337's ECs and internship and rank in class and excellent math scores. Stanford would be a very nice place to attend!

Thanks for the comments. I forgot to mention that I got a Stanford Alumni to send a recommendation letter for my admission. I've been accepted at Georgia Tech but I'd really love to attend MIT or Stanford...

You're right on that one, Ohiomom, that the academic stats are a bit intimidating. But the thing is that they have a great mix of people-- some super geniuses, some amazing brains minus the SAT scores, and some of the best athletes in the world.
Personally, I really do believe they lay more emphasis on ECs, Essays, Recs, and other achievements that make you different from other applicants. Just my two cents.
