I was never really big on the 'high school scene', so I never really joined any clubs or school-associated organizations. I plan to do some community service this summer, about 100-200 hours at a local hospital.

GPA: 3.3 (Possibly higher, it was a 3.0 at the end of Sophmore year)
Ethnicity: Hispanic
Gender: Male

Extracurricular activities: Job, National Student Leadership Conference this summer (11 days Medicine and Healthcare in Washington DC), Rock Climbing courses at Enchanted Rock, 100-200 hours community service in the near future.

Target colleges: University of Colorado at Boulder, and Colorado State

Out of state or in state? Both are public, so you would have a chance to be accepted if you live in CO, but if you don't, you might not have so much of a chance at CU.

Extra Curriculars are NOT a big deal at Boulder, but GPA is another matter. Write a really good essay, its always worth a shot.

Also, apply in October, you should get results in November, like i did.
