It difficult for Americans to get into Ivies without APs. Try to not send the 2 on the AP Chem (if possible). Your SATs are fine, and GPA/rank is great. If your essay is super and recs are outstanding (esp. ECs) then you have a good shot (Yale I mean!). At Ivies, you must qualify in the AI and then the SATs become less important.
I had a question in this regard. What does an improvement of say 1460 --> 1500 reflect on app. outcome?
