Hey all.... i'm currently a sophomore at a private four year college. I'll keep this short and sweet. My first transfer choice is suny binghamton. I am wondering about my chances. They do not require sat's or high school transcripts becuase i will have already 69 credits at this time. So those stats arent necesssary. In college I have a gpa of 3.13 with grades up 2.72-2.98-3.89 and very good ec's incl. division one xc/track and clubs. I am in state and my aunt also attended. Thanks!

I think you are in providing you can give some compelling reasons why you want to transfer.

In 2002, SUNY Binghamton received 2,666 transfer applications, accepted 1,320 and had 691 transfers enroll. Make sure you send some good recommendations from your college professors. Good luck - it's a terrific school.

well in terms of essays.... i sent in three bc they had no set limit... one on my future goals, one describing why i chose my major and one addressing why i wish to transfer.... in terms of recs i only included one from my aunt who attended binghamton bc they did not say recs were necessary.... thanks again guys!
