Penn State: IN for sure
Case Western Reserve: Not sure
American: 80% IN
NYU: 60% IN
Carnegie Mellon - legacy: father (grad school), uncle: 80% IN; univ hates to reject a legacy
Vanderbilt: Not sure
Chicago: 60% IN
Cornell: Flip of a coin
Johns Hopkins: Not sure
Georgetown: Not sure
Penn: Flip of a coin
Yale: Flip of a coin
Basically you have higher chance in non-ivy leaguers. IVYs flip a coin to decide the admission (!!!).

I'm a freshman in Penn now... here's my stats, for comparison:
Top 1% in a class of 550
Unknown unweighted GPA (My school didn't tell us)
4.8 weighted GPA (on a scale of Unweighted A+=4.6)
Senior schedule: public school, almost max load
AP Physics (weighted)
French V (weighted)
Human Conscience/Civil and Criminal Justice (unweighted)
English Honors IV (weighted)
Calc BC (weighted)
Western Civ (weighted)
750 SAT I Math
790 SAT I Verbal
780 SAT II Writing
780 SAT II US History
800 SAT II Math 2C
4 on AP US History test
5 on AP Calc BC
5 on AP Physics B
Marching Band Section Leader
1st Chair Wind Ensemble/Jazz/Pit
NHS
Treasurer of French Honor Society
White, middle-class from NJ
Early Decision (VERY IMPORTANT; DO IT IF IT'S YOUR TOP CHOICE!)
So, basically, I had better academic stats, but you beat me in EC's. I'd say, for any of the Ivy's you're applying to, you have a pretty good chance, and almost guaranteed (almost, not definitely) if you go Early Decision.
