best education (not necessarily prestige) from your list: CORNELL. no contest. its the easiest ivy to get in but the hardest to graduate from.

the only schools with equal or better education are: stanford, princeton and MIT.

YOU ARE ALL WRONG!!!!
Wesleyan
Chicago
Vassar
Oberlin are top 4!!!! Never underestimate a liberal arts education!!!! You will get the best ed at those schools unless you're pre-med.

By my take on Saturday, January 11, 2003 - 10:50 pm: Edit

cornell
johns hopkins, chicago
dartmouth, northwestern
tufts

don't know much about the liberal arts colleges. i think they should go under a different category because they excel in different things.

Wesleyan
Oberlin, Vassar

Why doesn't everyone recognize Tufts? Its like everyone sees it as a 2nd tier almost... Isn't there plenty of prestige to it? I thought it was hard to get in.

I'd say jhu tops the field, and its getting better...SAIS helps, as well as intern programs.

Agian, Tufts is very difficult to get into, they have like a 23% acceptance rate, which comes into factor when considering that they get almost 16,000 applicants.
