I have already done with all my apps, but I am very worried about my chances.

GPA: UW: 3.90 W: 4.33 (School doesn't rank, but I know I am top 4% out of 630+ students)

SAT II: Math IC-700 Chemistry-700 Writing-700
ECs: Pre-Med Club 10, 11, 12 (Secretary 11, 12)
Medical Explorers 10, 11, 12 (Events Coordinator 11, Treasurer, 12)
Hospital Volunteer (86+ hours)
Honor Society at my school 12
CSF (CA Scholarship Federation) (11, 12)
Japanese Club (10, 11, 12)
and other things
Awards: nothing fancy, just 4.0 Honor Roll and some awards for exams
