Hi, I'm wondering about my chances at NYU CAS.
I'm white, male, upper-middle class from suburb of Boston.
I have a 1430 SAT (710V/720M)
760 US History
Lots of church extra-curricular activities, including a leader for the middle school youth group.
Founder and Co-President of our school's History Club.
Photography editor of school paper.
Lead in this year’s school musical and understudy for Drama Fest (but this is my first year doing theatre)
A few other ECs
Top 10% out of 210ish, closer to top 5%.
Really good recs.

Anyone? I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm mainly wondering if it's a high-match, low-match?

You're in, in my opinion. A high SAT score, good ranks, recs and a strong desire to go? Not to mention some big EC's. Yay for you!

How about me real quick?
1560 SAT I (760 m, 800 v)
750/730/680 SAT II
Weighted GPA's around 4.4-4.5, not sure unweighted
Good ECs (every instrumental music program, debate league , Habitat for Humanity)
Good recs, decent essay I hope
Music's my main hook- been really involved with guitar since Freshman year... Think I still got time to send in a supplemental CD to 'em?
I'm asking because NYU's a target school and I got deferred from Penn, which means I have a very small chance of getting in there. But at this point, if I don't get into Penn, I'd be completely fine with going to NYU, assuming I get in...
So what do you guys think? I'd really like to hear your opinions.
