There's a new book out called US News & World REport Ultimate College Directory that has this information. You can probably find it in a bookstore like Barnes & Noble and get the information you need without buying it.
Online, a good site for info about ED and RD differences is this site:

Keep in mind that those stats are for the totals. At my school, for instance, NYU, it shows 33% E.D. vs 28% R.D. This is for all applicants in every college at NYU. If they broke it down, you'd see some differences college to college. So, that could be the case elsewhere as well. Generally, E.D. gives you a better shot but not always. It may depend on what program you want.

Those stats were terribly wrong for Cal Poly.

Xoxo,
I don't know if this is a good indication of the accuracy of that list or not but both the percentage and the deadline date for NYU are incorrect.

The US News college site, if you pay the premium for a year's access to the complete site, does show, for most schools, the ED, RD and overall acceptence rates in the "admissions" section for each school.
