Well, first, where do you want to go to school: in your state, anywhere in the US (where do you live), does it matter private or public?
In California, where I live, some safety schools for someone with your profile would be:
*UC Santa Barbara
*UC Irvine
*UC Davis
*Pepperdine University
*of course, UC Riverside and UC Santa Cruz, but aim for higher than that

You could probably make it into the best tier 2 schools. If you're looking in the northeast, look at Boston U, Syracuse U, places of that caliber would be good safeties. But it depends what you wanna major in.

If you're from the midwest, Lawrence University, Loyola Universtiy - Chicago, University of Illinois - Chicago, Illinois Wesleyan, and University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee would all be fall backs for you!

If you're from new york, def do as many sunys as possible, SUNY Binghamton, SUNY Albany, SUNY stonybrook, SUNY New Paltz and SUNY buffalo. I would even think you would have a great shot at RPI (Rensselaer polytechnic Institute) and RIT (Rochester Institute of technology). It also depends on your major.

I really don't know that much about schools outside of NC...
Appalachain State University...don't knock it guys...pretty campus, GREAT food, good education if you go after it. Great in music. It's a very popular NC school (I mean, popular with in-state people), but you could probably get the tuition reduced with a scholarship.
Also as a safety, try Guilford College, it's a neat, small quaker school in NC with good quality education. You'll get in there.

University of Minnesota
University of Oklahoma
Maybe... a 'Lesser Ivy' such as Cornell.
Good Luck
