There is some difficulty in being admitted into Elite Colleges. Even though they say they're "blind-based," do you really believe them? It's possible that they have less lower standards for no financial aid needed applicants than for financial aid applicants. It might be something they don't speak about.
My question is if it is possible to mark no financial aid needed, then once you are admitted into harvard, stanford, yale, etc., then you apply for scholarships. Is that possible??? Cuz it would be a good idea

The most selective schools really are need-blind, although there are certainly schools just below them that are not. The strategy you suggest might work, but might also get the response, "Sorry, all scholarship money has been allocated." Some might decline to review the request based on the application information. If you need the aid money and are likely to qualify for an award, I'd suggest being honest up front.

this girl who graduated from my school last year got full-scholarship to attend stanford...4 years!
