Start from lowest to highest:
Berkeley: 15% - its nearly impossible if you are not a UC resident
John Jopkins: 40% - some of your status are not goin to be as great as others, but than again, it looks like you will beat many of them with you APs.
Emory, University of Chicago, and Cornell: 40-50%
UC Davis: 75% - least competitive of all, but like Berkeley, its harder for nonresidents
U Mich: 80% - Your status are just better than many of their applicants

Can someone quickly evaluate my chances at UCONN and Fordham My high school average is a 88. Got an 1100 on my sat(took it again 2 days ago)! Hoping to go up! Got a 4 on one AP EXAM and a 2 on the other. The only problem I am having is that I failed math for the first quarter of my senior year with a 63. I got above an 85 in all other classes though. I am taking 3 AP Courses! Please give me your input!!!

Slayer, I appreciate your opinion.
Your status are good enough for many colleges. However, since you are not a resident of California, I don't think that you will have a good shot at it. But UCLA does not have the best program. plus, the school is simply filled with just residents of California. Not to say there is anything wrong with Cal residents, they are great. But which ever college you would apply, you may feel uncomfortable to find out that you might be the only one not from the state, at least I would.
I also considered going to UCLA at first, but really if you are not a resident, you must be perfect(exageration) in order to get in. But since I like LA or simply just California, I am applying to USC, which is just as equally good as UCLA, the only problem is that UCLA sounds a bit more of a named school than USC. But their program is great, and although about third of the students are from out of state, its nothing comparing to one out of fifty of the nonresident population in UCLA. If I were you, I would apply to some school in NC, there are many once that are good out there
